Home Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following terms and conditions apply to registration, cancellation of your membership and refund of the membership amount.

  • 1. A membership with E-Reliant is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of registration online.A free registration is granted immediately upon filling the become a member form and clicking the submit button. A card number is issued to you immediately which authorises you to avail all the benefits of a free membership.
  • 2. A privilege membership is granted when a payment made online of Rs.999/-. The membership is valid for 1 year from the date of payment. A card number is issued to you immediately which authorises you to avail all the benefits of a paid membership
  • 3. E-Reliant membership does not automatically renew at the end of the 12 month period. It is your responsibility to renew it yourself or contact E-Reliant and apply for a further 12 month membership. This can be done by going online and making further payment of Rs. 999/- within a period of one month before the end of the current membership.
  • 4. The membership can be renewed at any later date as well. However during the interim period you will be ineligible to avail the benefits of a privileged membership. This renewal will then allow you to avail all the benefits of the paid membership and shall be for a period of 12 months from the exact date of renewal of your membership.
    If you wish to cancel your membership at any point of time the following terms and conditions shall apply.
  • ✔   1. From the date of making a payment of Rs 1000 and acquiring a privileged membership there is a 15 day cooling off period within which you can submit an application by writing to info@erleliant.com or via SMS to E-Reliant to cancel your membership. You will be eligible for 100% refund. You are not required to provide any reason for this request.
  • ✔   2. If you apply you have your membership renewed at the end of the first 12 months yourself having satisfactorily availed all the benefits within the first 12 months then the 15 day cooling period will not be applicable for 100% refund. Other conditions mentioned below shall apply.
  • ✔   3. A request for refund shall be considered incomplete if it does not include information pertaining to the method of return of funds/your bank details into which the funds are to be refunded. We shall attempt to get in touch with you once an incomplete application is received.
  • ✔   4. Once the completed application is received the intervening period between receiving the first request for cancellation and the final information for funds transfer shall be considered as a grace period for the refund and the 15 day period cooling off period shall reapply to the time from the date of submitting the application for membership and the request for cancellation of membership
  • ✔   5. Under no circumstances shall the refund be made in cash. Any attempt to demand a refund in cash or coerce any erelient employee or channel partner either verbally or via sms shall be considered as breach of contract and you will stand forfeit the entire amount without any course available for negotiations or via legal means.
  • ✔   6. If there is a delay in the response from E-Reliant in organising the refund of greater than 30 days from the date of having received an complete request for cancellation along with appropriate information via the SMS or email for transfer of funds you will be eligible for that Rs. 100 extra amount above the Rs.999/-.
  • ✔   7. Any evidence of transfer the funds into your account within the 30 day period as mentioned in point 6 shall be constituted as evidence of having fulfilled the requirement. E-Reliant shall not responsible for any delay in transfer funds caused by any bank - be at your banking facility or the E-Reliant banking facility
  • ✔   8. After a period of 15 days until the next specialist consultation/ any ancillary service is availed you can ask for a refund and be eligible for Rs 500/- only.
  • ✔   9. Once 2 out of the 12 promised specialist consultations are availed or in any other ancillary service is availed, you will be ineligible for any refund. You can however choose to cancel or not avail any of the other services.
  • ✔   10. If during the period of 12 months you do not avail even one service despite at least of 12 SMS messages informing you of availability of a specialist in your area is made you do not have the right to consider that E-Reliant has been in breach of its contract with you. E-Reliants obligation to you is to send you at least 12 SMS messages or emails informing you of camps organised and the availability of specialist consultants within your field of concern as mentioned by you in your become a member form.
  • ✔   11. E-Reliant does not take any responsibility if you do not receive any sms or email including for your non-attendance in case you have changed your phone number or contact details and have failed to inform us.
  • ✔   12. If you request a specialist consult outside of the services offered by E-Reliant and such a request is not met or denied for any reason including the non-availability of a specialist consult in that domain, this will not be allowed as a ground for requesting a cancellation at any point of time.
  • ✔   13. You are allowed to temporarily suspend your membership for a period of not more than three months within the 12 month period upon request for whatever personal reasons. Approval of the suspension shall be given at the discretion of E-Reliant and until a confirmation is sent to you either via SMS or email the request is not considered approved.
  • ✔   14. Request for suspension of the membership shall be considered with a minimum minimum period of one month to a maximum of three months. The suspension will be allowed maximum twice in one year.
  • ✔   15. Any interaction with any of the medical practitioners, apologies services, medical stores which do not go to your satisfaction shall not be considered as grounds for demanding a cancellation.
  • ✔   16. E-Reliant reserves the right to cancel your membership at any point of time for any reasons that the company considers likely to cause harm to its services or if any evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
